  • About

Broadmoor Acres Community Restoration and Preservation Inc is a Florida Registered Non-Profit Charity Registration number CH48050 and we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit Tax Exempt and Tax Deductible Charity as defined by the Internal Revenue Service.

We are an organization committed to restoring one of the oldest sub-divisions in Cocoa, Florida to its former glory of being a clean, maintained, safe place to live and raise a family. We have come together to put an end to the criminal element in the neighborhood and to make it impossible for slumlords to operate in this historic community.

BACRAP is committed to building new affordable housing for families as well as construct and maintain a Community Center dedicated to the advancement of children throughout the community in civics, educational opportunities, community events and more. We also work tirelessly to find private funding to carry mortgages on existing homes to put families in homes as owners. We are currently raising money for our Construction Fund to begin construction on the first new home in this community since 1956. We want to build new homes for families and hold the mortgages which will fund community center activities for decades including what we hope will be a partnership with the likes of SpaceX, Blue Origin, ULA as well as NASA and environmental groups etc, local artists, musicians, technology and more. We also seek to partner with builders to build new homes which are to be sold in traditional manner with BACRAP using proceeds to serve the community for decades to come.
