Trey’s parents ran a successful appliance repair company for 22 years before joining the Mr. Appliance team in 1999. Trey’s friend, Chris, served as the office and store manager for three years. When the elder Beatty's decided to retire, Trey and Chris ran the business for two years before purchasing it in 2006.
