About Us

Sage Bistro, is a casual fine dining restaurant in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Sage is a scratch kitchen, meaning the Chef prepares virtually everything in house. Even our pasta is homemade! We use locally sourced foods whenever possible and our fish is all wild caught.
In addition to our wonderful menu, we offer scratch kitchen specials. Our specials include tapas, such as scallops in a lobster curry cream, and entrées.
Our regular menu features signature dishes such as lobster pot pie, fresh wild caught fish, elegant homemade soups, steaks, and a selection of German dishes.
We offer a full bar, as well as a nice selection of wines and draft beer.
Sage is open Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Come in and enjoy food prepared with passion and creativity.
