Showcase Property Management is the largest property management company in Brevard County. Showcase has 2 divisions of their company; Property Management and Association Management.
Property Management has unfurnished properties for long term rentals and furnished for vacation or short term rentals, and commercial management. We are a full service company so you may sit back and enjoy the benefits of your investment. We offer online accounting software for you to view your account activity, as well a bookkeeping department to answer questions for tenants and owners, a maintenance department that handles all calls with an after-hour emergency pager; our vendors are licensed and insured. Showcase has an inspector that will inspect the property while the tenant is living there. We have a leasing staff so you may feel comfortable working with an experienced agent to find a new you a new home, or as an owner to get your property leased.
The Association department manages Condo Associations and Homeowner Associations. They have professional LCAM's, support staff and a bookkeeping department to handle the billing and financials. They handle property visits, work orders and maintenance, bids, budgets, monthly financials, notices, violations and more.
