The Beach continues to be a favorite station in the market and Nielsen rated #1 Adults age 35-64. We're playing the Greatest Hits of the '70s, '80s and early 90's with a HUGE variety of pop, rock and soul's biggest hits. 98.5 The Beach is everywhere you go – on air, on-line, Alexa, Tune In and our own 98.5 The Beach app…24 hours a day 365 days a year.
98.5 The Beach is in touch with Brevard County and is heavily involved with community events, fund-raisers, charitable announcements and public service with its on-air Community Calendar as well as special on-location appearances by The Landshark Beach Prize Patrol and station personalities.
